The lack of vitamin C will also weaken your immune system when will leave you open to other diseases.

Stress has been shown to thicken blood in some people. Some people experience an increase in blood pressure when they are stressed. Stress should be avoided by everyone, especially elderly people because it can cause a heart attack or stroke.

Avoid tea, coffee and anything else with caffeine in because these can make your body more susceptible to stress. Many people think that these provide a way for them to relax but the opposite is actually true.

Make sure that you eat a healthy balanced diet which contains everything you need. This will make sure that you don’t suffer from stress.
